This focused workshop is designed for students who are ready to develop their Standing Meditation and Chen 18 Form beyond casual repetition and into concentrated, skill-building practice.

This workshop is ideal for current students who wish to:

  • Strengthen their standing practice

  • Deepen internal awareness

  • Refine Chen 18 Form with greater structural clarity

  • Integrate meditation, Chen Tai Chi principles, and martial alignment

    During this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to:

    • Align your posture safely and efficiently

    • Release hidden tension in the shoulders, hips, and spine

    • Breathe in a way that calms the nervous system

    • Improve balance and grounding

    • Develop internal awareness and focus

    • Repeat practice the Chen 18 Form
